Terms and Conditions for Pashefile

Welcome to Pashefile.xyz, which is referred to as "Pashefile". These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the website located at https://www.pashefile.xyz (the "Site"), a service that allows users to convert Images to PDF format, extract text, rrewrite text. By accessing or using Pashefile, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please refrain from using the Site.

By using Pashefile, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you should not use the Site.

2. Service Description

Pashefile.xyz provides a file conversion service that allows users to upload both image files (e.g., JPG, PNG, BMP, TIFF, etc.) and PDF documents, akso rewrite text. Users can convert these files to either PDF or Image format. Additionally, Pashefile can trim audio files, extract text from documents, and generate QR codes.

The service is provided free of charge except using rewriter tool. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time without notice.

3. User Obligations

As a user of Pashefile.xyz, you agree to:

Accurate Information: Provide accurate and complete information when using the Site.
Legal Content: Only upload image files that you have the right to use, and that do not infringe on the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or any other legal rights of third parties.

4. File Upload and Conversion

You understand and agree that:

You are solely responsible for ensuring that the image, PDF, and audio files you upload are not in violation of any applicable laws, and that you have obtained all necessary permissions or rights to the files you submit.
Pashefile.xyz does not claim ownership of the content you upload. However, by uploading your content to the Site, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to process and store the files for the purpose of file conversion.
Files uploaded to the Site are processed and converted temporarily. Once conversion is complete, the files will be available for download for a limited time. After that, they may be automatically deleted from the server.

5. Privacy and Data Security

Your use of Pashefile.xyz is governed by our Privacy Policy, which outlines how we collect, use, and protect your personal information. We take reasonable steps to protect your data; however, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure.

6. Limitations and Disclaimers

Accuracy of Conversions: While we make efforts to ensure accurate file conversions, we do not guarantee that the converted PDF file will always retain perfect formatting, resolution, or functionality based on the source image file.
